Terms and Policies

Cancellation Policy (see also specific cancellation policy for public holidays, school holiday periods & group bookings of 3 or more units).  Cancellations within 48 hours of due guest arrival time attract a cancellation fee of the greater of one night's accommodation or 10% of the total accommodation bill. Cancellations on the day of due guest arrival time or guest no-show will attract a cancellation fee of 100% of the total accommodation bill. In both situations, if motel management is able to fill the cancelled accommodation, then the fee will be wavered. All other cancellations will attract a $10 administration fee.

Terms & Conditions.

Units are non smoking. Pets are not permitted on motel property. Processing of fish is not permitted on motel property. There is a $200 per night penalty for breaches of each of these rules and One Tree Point Motel reserves the right to charge for costs & losses associated with damage to units as a result of breaches of these rules.

Contact Reception re: storage of fishing equipment & seafood caught/picked. One Tree Point Motel reserves the right to charge for costs & losses associated with damage to units due to inappropriate storage of fishing equipment & seafood in units.

One Tree Point Motel reserves the right to charge for costs & losses associated with damage to units outside normal expected wear & tear.

We welcome your visitors. In consideration to fellow guests, visitors are required to vacate the motel complex by 10pm. Parties are not permitted. There is a $200 penalty for breaches of these rules and One Tree Point Motel reserves the right to charge for costs & losses associated with breaches of these rules.
