One Tree Point township is within the area known as Ruakaka which makes up part of the Bream Bay Region.  This region is well known for its long white sandy beaches, Scottish history and recreational fishing.

Buy an ice cream at the One Tree Point Store and enjoy it while you take in the magnificent views across the harbour to the mighty volcanic peaks of Mt Manaia.

Go for a beach walk along the harbour enjoying the solitude, potutakawa trees and birdlife or spend a couple of hours lazing under the pohutakawa trees and cooling off with a swim.

Take in the sights and sounds of the Marsden Cove Marina with a great coffee, refreshing beer or beautiful meal at the Waterline Café.

Bream Bay is a great region and has some fantastic activities and attractions. Having more time will allow you to explore:
